  4. Periods get delayed by 1 week. It mean?

Periods get delayed by 1 week
Hi my last period date was 30 June and now it's 8th of August.. m not getting my periods .. I got my pregnancy test done also the HCG value is .001... and when I went for ultrasound the report said .., ovaries are of normal size.. no flow of fluid in cul de sac... what is the reason and what does it mean ?

Hcg value suggests no pregnancy. You need to consult gynecologist
