Periods issue
During periods, my stomach pains a lot. Day one and day tow is really an issue. I even can't get up from my bed. I take Ketanov tablets twice and that solves my problem but is Ketanov alright? One more issue is that I'm underweight. And my breasts and bust size are also not how they should supposed to be. They are small and for that i also cannot wear my favorite dress. Any suggestions? I saw in youTube of having shatavri capsules that increases estrogen in body and results in body growth. But i wasn't sure that i shall use it or noth without confirming. It will be really good if you take your valuable time and suggest me something Also mentioning I'm a vegetarian girl.

Dear having pain on day 1 n 2 of periods is normal. But having excess pain is not normal. You should start eating green leafy vegetables, salad twice a day. And lots of fruits like oranges, melons etc. Do  some exercises also at least thrice a day. Still if doesn't improve then contact me .
