I have missed the periods. My last date was 3rd of july. It is coming negative in the test card. I have taken 2 to 3 unwanted this month. What may b the reason of this delay

Delay is due to unwanted tabs taken repeatedly ,I should have taken only once atleast Ur periods would have come in a weeks time,by taking three times u have delayed ur periods and caused harmonal turbulence.
