  4. Periods missing. Is she pregnant?

My sister just had a sex with someone. She told me that the boy didn't inserted his penis inside her but spread his sperm on her vagina. Its about 2 days she is not getting her periods. Tried 4 kit which is neagtive and ate warm food still no peridds. Is she pregnant?
