Periods or implantation or ectopic preg.

I have a normal menstrual cycle of 30-34 days. I was sexually active last month. On 33rd day i started bleeding with bright red blood but some what less bleeding than normal periods. The cramps were more similar like periods but later the cramps increased. After few hours the bleeding increased and were same as normal periods. Now after 12-13 hours bleeding and pain both have increased more. The blood is now Apple red. I passed 5-6 clots similar to my regular periods. Can this bleeding be implantation bleeding or my regular periods. I don't have any changes in breast but have little nausea. Few months before I had ovarian cyst. Can this all be due to implantation bleeding or just normal periods? Could these symptoms also be of ectopic pregnancy?
