Periods Pain
I had ordered Ashokarishta for periods pains as nothing seems to be relieving. But I wanted to ask if I should take it daily, before a week of expected periods or during periods?

Ashokarishta is helpful in relieving the period pain but sometimes it reduces the flow of bleeding so stop it before the periods and along with that takeTab. Evecare of Himalaya 2 tab. M- 2 tab. N

Get abdomen scan done... If no issues Take dhanvantara gulika 2-2-2 with warm water during periods. Ashokaristam is fir regularising the periods. Should be taken for whole month 20 ml 3 times after food. Drink tender coconut water during periods Apply coconut oil on umbilicus Do suryanamaskaar regularly. The more u r active and hydrated pain subsides
