Hello, this is called dysmanorrohea.u can put hot water bag on lower part of adomen it controls contraction during period. tab meftal fortetwo times one day before due date will very effective to releve pain.luckwarm water two times.
avoid spicy,fried, greasy junk food or food from outside.ok.

Hello this is doctor Prasad. Is the pain with your periods a regular phenomenon. Are you passing clots?If you are passing clots then it is likely that you are having more than usual bleed. You can have simple pain killer medications for your pain. But get a CBC and a ultrasound of your pelvis.
