I had sex and I took unwanted 72 I m not getting periods from 1 month and I check prega news it came negative still i m not getting periods so what does it mean I m really preganant

You are not getting periods because of the effect of i pill.. Just wait for 10 more days for spontaneous resumption of menstrual cycle. Consult directly for further management
