Looks like dehydration and improper diet . Drink plenty of water and fruits juice. Take a boiled egg daily. Take milk with turmeric at night. Watch out for fever , vaginal discharge or back pain or any signs of tuberculosis in family members like cough , chest pain or lymph nodes
Next Steps
Syrup M2Tone 2 spoons twice a day for 3 months
If irregular periods persists then
1. Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness
2. Get Serum LH and FSH done on day two of periods
3. Get serum Prolactin and thyroid test done empty stomach early morning
Health Tips
If still no relief after taking syrup M2Tone for 3 months connect with me on Practo for online prescription for regularising periods
Hello user, black blood during periods is fine, no problem in that. Few females have irregular menses, and in future if you wish to get pregnant try to keep relation from day 12 to day 22 of menses for 6 months to 1year
, if not conceived then you ll have to consult nearest infertility specialist for getting pregnancy
