Periods problem
It's 1 month 20 days of my last period till no periods.. I m asking this Because I  undergone with tubactomy at Time of cesarean. What is the reason for my missed period.. I m having 2 kids before kids I faced problem of thyroid after my delivery thyroid went back to normal. Now I m not using any tablet. Please suggest me doctor Thank for your reply.. In advance
