It's been 2-3 weeks since I did pregnancy test...now should I take test again?

what was the result of the test. If you have had unprotected sex, or need to confirm pregnancy, the test can be done again to ascertain the result. Do the test in a laboratory and use the first urine that you pass in the morning to be sent to the lab.
Next Steps
It is better to be safe than sorry. A negative test means you are NOT pregnant. But it will not make you have menses. You may need to take medicines to get menses, if your test is negative.
