  4. Peripheral follicles. Is this normal?

Hi mam/sir, my both ovaries are normal in size and left ovary show multiple (>10) peripheral follicles of varying sizes with increased echogenicity of central stroma...what thus it mean..??? is this normal?? my age is 31 ..

It may be PCOS. But in case your cycles are regular don’t worry
