I have had stuffy or runny nose for a month now. The symptoms are usually worse in the morning and night. During the day it's manageable. What could be the reason? I recently got a full body checkup and my eosinophils count was ~760 or 14.1%. Could these two be connected?

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Usually in this condition eosinophil count will be high.
