Is it associates with nausea? Is it stress related since it happens in the evening or caffeine dependence?
In place of paracetamol, next time dissolve 2 pills of Disprin in half glass water and drink.
Take Matilda forte tab 1-0-0 , 1 tab in the morning for next 2 months.
