Persistent cough after flu
My son has cough from last couple of weeks. He was diagnosed with flu 3 weeks back and was given antibiotics and allergy medicines. He has recovered from flu but the cough still exists. It's dry cough throughout the day. During night he sleeps peacefully there is no cough. I have been giving him honey and black pepper. Please help.

If mild, just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness, consult your paediatrician asap.
