I guess you are under psychiatric consultation and also undergone various psychotherapies. It's a time to take control of yourself, and only you can do this! Others can help you to achieve this to some extent only. But 'YOU' must be the active driving force through all these therepies or else they won't be helpful.  Please continue Present moment awareness and Mindfulness with full faith and involvement, the more you are aware of yourself and the present moment, more you will feel and realise the real things well. But pls do continue the medicines also. Never stop them without psychiatric consultation. And do continue the consultation with whoever you are comfortable with.
Health Tips
A point of Caution -  Please contact your psychiatrist ASAP if you feel like harming yourself to any extent even if you feel like they are not very severe.

Hello...At times we operate on auto mode than Manual mode...To be in harmony all three should be in sync-what we think, feel and do.At times it take long Counseling and therapy sessions to overcome these issues...plz seek professional help as their is no harm in taking second opinion.Further I would like to know was there any time when you feel benefited by the therapy sessions? Are you continuing your medications? Please do not ignore your health and seek immediate help.Take Care and Stay Safe.
