Pharyngitis
Sir i have been suffering from pharyngitis since two months,completed full çourse of antibiotics but no relief, right side tonsil enlarged with hard tissue.Burning sensation in mouth, throat wall red,uvula red and swollen,tendency to swallow frequently.Left tonsil normal in shape.
Should i go for Corticosteroids or something else.
Kindly suggest me.

Hi , you are hving LPRD , in which you need to avoid analgesics and antibiotics. Take antacid twice daily , along with antacid syrup after food thrice daily .No need of corticosteroids
