Pheochromocytoma
My nephew have pheochromocytoma after catecholamine urine test are done and docter put on him on medication my question is that is this disease is curable or not??Any other good treatment are there plz suggest.

It is curable if properly treated.. Initially control bp with drugs then needs surgery ..follow up work to see for any microscopic residual

Yes completely curable. Surgery is main treatment. But before surgery bp should be controlled with medication(in pheochromocytoma increase release of adrenaline hormone BP,  PULSE rate and sweating will be there). So these things regulated before surgery. Post surgery careful monitoring required.
