Phimosis issue
I have the issue of phimosis. The skin over my penis is tight, it doesn't slip down even when it is erect. I am applying ky jelly over my penis and at that time the skin slips down properly and I don't feel any pain at that time. But when erect it doesn't slip down. Kindly suggest any other natural remedy to cure phimosis? Is applying ky jelly proper? Is circumcision necessary for this?

try to retract foreskin manually in ercted penis ... if not circumscion is good option
