I have a lump since 7-8 years ..it havnt increased in size.
It doesn't itch ,pain or bleed .
It just swells during defacecation ...

Although it appears to be piles. But other Possibilities of benign ano rectal lumps have to be ruled out.
Kindly discuss in details for best guidance.
