I am facing pain at the back of the throat for almost 18-20 days and i consulted EnT doctor as well and he has confirmed it is Phyranjitis and he gave antibiotic as well. Initially it got better and now again pain has come back after completing of course. I am doing salt water gargle as well 2-3 times a day , but this is not curing the problem
Antibiotic given was Augmente 625 mg ( 5 day course , 2 times a day )

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to continue antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. Throat swab may be required to identify the organism and resistance to any antibiotics
