Physical activity after C section
Hi all, I have completed 6 weeks post C section. I want to know if I can continue my routine doing all physical activities,cooking, walking( 30 min),washing, bending, lifting weight up to 10 kilo... Kindly advice

YOU CAN DO YOUR ROUTINE WORK BUT AVOID HEAVY EXERCISES LIKE WEIGHT LIFTING RUNNING ETC .
