Other than modalities (IFT and ultrasound) to relieve pain, you need to take physiotherapy sessions for knee joint mobilization to improve joint glides. The range will increase with joint mobilization and stretching to bend knee. Knee mobility will not improve on its own. You need to continue physiotherapy. Also, the exercises will help to improve your muscle strength and maintain knee range of motion.
Health Tips
Check with the physiotherapist to make sure he/she is doing knee joint glide mobilization along with knee bending.

110 degree flexion is sufficient for your daily activities such as walking, stairs etc. If you would like to gain more range of motion, continued Physio therapy is required to mobilize the knee as you won't be able to bend it yourself with required amount of force and technique. Since you stopped PT , if you are not doing any exercises, you may develop some stiffness. Considering your age, it's better for you to continue PT to regain remaining range of motion. Though it seems expensive, money you are spending on PT is your investment for future. With each day passing tissues become more stiff, and increased amount of force would be required to get more flexion at knee, if you decided to continue later. Have a discussion with your therapist about reducing the frequency to alternate days.
Health Tips
Spend more time sitting with the knee bent to maintain range of motion.

Hello.. Well... your physio treatment is goong good... but if u want observe without physio u have to continue all your knee exercises at home.. to maintain.. as pop takes almost 6weeks to get back to normal.. so if u taking break in ur physio then u should continue all ur exercises regularly.. if u wont do them on time everyday,, stiffness has to come again.. still we would reccomend u to continue physio for min 4 weeks.. Thank u..
