Hexidin mouthwash, take 10ml, rinse for 45 seconds,then spit that and don't intake anything for 30 minutes. Use twice a day for 15 days. Brush properly twice daily. Consult with a dentist as you need scaling.

Get full mouth scaling and if required root planning done. Smell in the mouth called halitosis is because of calculus in the mouth. Once scaling done all your problems will be solved

Actually  the bleeding  and swelling  of gums will be due to  deposition  of tartar in the gums if you  you do full cleaning or scaling with dentist  then problem will be solved
