I heard bt vitamin E (green &gold) tablet used for skin complexn, pigmentation etc?
Is it true? Directly apply it on skin i mean face or shuld i mix sme mre ingredians???
Is it gud fa skin ah? I mean all types of skin???
I saw lots of youtube videos regarding VITMIN E tablet??? Tats y askng.
Is it gud fa skin or nt? Any side effects???

If you directly apply it to the skin, it will cause irritation and allergy. There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please call me or send photos with detailed history using online consult option for proper treatment.
