Pigmentation
Hello doctor, my face is at least two shades darker than my neck, and ears. I have consulted multiple dermatologists here in Delhi over a period of three years. I have tried on almost all kind of treatments like vitamin c serum(25%), retinol, kojic acid, arbutin , glycolic acid (10%), peel off masks and every other thing . I have also been a regular user of bb cream with spf 30 everyday twice. But my problem is not getting solved. I have consulted almost 8 dermatologists over a period of 3 years nothing helped. I had followed all regimen religiously. I want my face to look like my neck and ears complexion. Kindly help. Thank you.

Instead of so many creams, have you gotten any tests? There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please send photos with detailed history using online consult option for examination and proper treatment.,
