I have 3 yrs daughter and I have a pigmentation on my face infact on my cheeks and it started after delivery only.

Consult dermatologist. you might have developed melasma due to hormonal effects. till then you should use sunscreen regularly(every 3-4 hourly in day time) and Aviod sun as much you can(specially noon time).
please dont use over the counter medications from chemist, it might damage your skin.
