I am struggling with pigmenation problem around my lips and chin from past 2 years ' i have used skin shine cream wich contains hydroquinone and it makes my skin more worset ,now i have big black marks around my lips and chin please suggest some medicine to get ride of this plssss

There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
