I would advise you to visit a general surgeon so that you can be evaluated and the condition graded, it is likely to be piles/hemorrhoids. The options of treatment are by corticosteroids, ointment, cream and laxatives as a medical treatment, and hemorrhoidectomy as surgical procedure. The following steps may help: - Do not strain during bowel movements - Reduce weight as per your BMI(Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI) - Exercise regularly (minimum 30-45 mins per day) - Eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals. - Have laxatives for strain to be reduced during bowel movements - Sitting on a doughnut ring cushions can reduce the pain while sitting.
