There is no stage of piles or Haemorrhoids. There is grading as to 1st degree when no prolapse only bleeding , 2nd degree when mass comes and goes on it's own , 3rd when it needs manual reduction and 4 th when it is irreducible. 3rd and 4th grade needs surgery . 1st and 2nd amenable to medical management with variability in symptoms or progression. Bleeding occurs in all grades.
Check your Hemoglobin if you're Bleeding more and consult surgeon immediately.
In case of 1st and 2nd degree may try :
Good sleep
5 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables daily
Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily
High fibre diet
Proper posture during defecation- taking a stool below leg while sitting at commode.
Psyllium husk - 3-4 gms twice daily with fruit juice or meal or senna plus 2 tabs twice daily
Or Syr lactulose 15-30 ml adjusted to make the stool soft.
Finally Daflon 500 mg tablet 3 tablet twice daily in 1st week followed by 2 tab twice daily x 1 wk then 1 tab twice daily x 1 wk - can try for 1st to 3rd degree of Haemorrhoids .
For accurate diagnosis treatment you should undergo a physical examination by a Surgeon .
