Piles and anal fissure
Stool is hard. constipation problem. consulted with ayurvedic doctors she prescribed me medicine .she told my case is 2nd degree no need for surgery .but I want permanent solution .it's been 6 months already.now I'm taking ayurvedic medicine .I heard some kshar sutra therapy.is this a permanent solution.what is the price . please give some advice

First of all if you are using commode toilet, then use toilet step stool, commode toilet is unnatural for humans, Western toilet increases constipation. Since Constipation is a bigger factor behind piles & Fissure. Anal fissure is a condition which is characterised by a small crack in the skin in the anal lining causing bleeding and severe pain during and after bowel movements. This condition happens due to hurting bowel movements, or during childbirth, or due to constipation. Anal fissure can occur in people of any age . Fistula-in-ano is a chronic condition where a tunnel forms connecting the epithelialized surface of the anal canal and the perianal skin. It mainly occurs in people with an anal abscesses history and forms when the abscesses or cyst has not healed completely. It can be very painful and irritating. Kshara sutra can be done if it's pile mass. If it is second degree this can be manageable with the intake of Ayurveda medicines and some pathya ( food restrictions and life style changes ). A thorough examination should be done before that. Thanks

There is no kshar sutra treatment for fissures. For permanent solution life style changes are needed. Take lot of fibre. You can further consult me on practice consult.
