Piles and fistula
I am suffering from piles for five years.i would like to take laser surgery treatment. And I'm looking details when to take surgery is better if I take laser surgery will have chance of reoccurrence or is it permanent solution?

Although, Laser surgery is an option for Piles, it is not the best treatment. Sometimes, people erroneously use the term Laser to mean Laparoscopy/Minimal Access Surgery, where surgery is done by Stapler, with no external cut. Pain is also much less than the open surgery. This is the best treatment at present in suitable patients

There are many surgical options available for piles. Laser is one of them but still not the gold standard treatment.
Surgery depends upon many factors including size location shape type grade of the pile mass
