Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fibers (green salad) and seasonal fruits.. Make sure fluid/liquid intake is adequate – remember that water is the best fluid. Take warm milk at bed time. This will help in avoiding hard stools. Avoid stressing for stool while in rest room. Do not have spicy and fried food. Avoid long sitting in wash room. Do clean with wet cotton or gauze. Most likely; you are suffering from Anal Fissure. Anal fissure can be completely treated without surgery by graded kshar karma treatment. In this treatment; graded kshar - a specialized ayurvedic medicine is applied in fissure region. This medicine debrides the fissure and induces healing. Usually 3-5 graded kshar karma sittings are required for complete healing of anal fissure. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during treatment. Till then you should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) followed by application of coconut oil. For easy evacuation of bowel you should take some stool softening medicine like haritaki powder 1 tea spoon with warm water in night. For further support; you may call reception at sushruta ano rectal institute.

1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 2. Increasing the fibre in your diet is known to be as effective as injections for preventing further problems 3. Increasing your fluid intake which can help prevent further problems with haemorrhoids 4. Avoiding straining and constipation which is the most useful thing patients can do to prevent the problem coming back. If the fibre content of your diet is not sufficient to keep your stools soft, then a fibre supplement can help. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Curd is good for u. 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods Homeopathy has very encouraging results. Consult online with details
