Piles (haemorrhoids) treatments
I started feeling discomfort near anal area since last week.
Its itchy outside and inside near canal
, reddish swelled up , and a small lump can be seen or felt. Thr is no bleeding
I feel its initial stage of piles.
I m taking sitz bath , as it gives relives and stopped eating spicy food junk food etc as a precautionary measures
I have constipation issues ..
However i am looking for some home treatments or ayurvedic medicines to cure this permanently.

Most likely you are suffering from external haemorrhoids. Better you get it clinically evaluated for proper diagnosis and management. In the meantime; continue taking sitz bath followed by application of Sushruta Ointment and Ropan powder in the anal region. To avoid constipation you should take 1 teaspoon of Sushruta Churna with warm water at night. To get these medicines and for further support; you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.

Hello Ma'am don't worry Take Decoction of fresh Giloy Tinospora cordifolia Mulethi Glycyrrhiza glabera anjeer Draksha at morning, Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals, isabgol 2 tsf at night with Lukewarm water or milk, Take Tab Triphala Himalaya drug 2 to 3 tabs at night with Lukewarm water, Apply Jatyadi ghrit locally in anus thrice a day
