HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON. THERE MUST BE A ROUTE INSIDE AT PRESENT YOU SEE OUTER OPNING SO  CONSULTATION IS NECESSARY. STOOL SHOULD NOT BE HEARD. PLENTY OF LIQUID. SALAD BIG BOWL. CURD N BUTTER MILK. ISABGOLE HUSK THREE TEASPOON FUL WITH LEMON WATER OR CURD TWO TIMES A DAY. IT HAS NO SIDE EFFECTS, HERBAL, PROTECTE MUCOSA OF GUT, STOOL SOFTENER. O.K, BYE.
