Piles or a lump
I don't know for sure what it is, but it is a lump type that comes out while sitting for to long or toilet, swells up. Also what i find is the lump is kinda soft, but inside that lump there's some hard like rock thing too What is the case here

You need a proctoscopy and examination. Since you have not mentioned any bleed, it could be a polyp or a tag or even piles.

It could be piles..Better visit surgeon nearby and get urself examined.If you have problem of chronic constipation avoid constipation causing foods..Start with ointment Anobliss local application twice daily over the area.. Syrup Cremaffin plus 2 tsf tds Sitz bath with betadine solution daily 25 mins each for 10 days.
