Piles or anal fissure
I m facing issue while passing stool , 1 month back via c sec i delivered baby , but before delivery i do have some time issue when i hv constipation but now problem is more while passing stool their is blood ad also pain i m taking evict syrup from 1 week felling ltl btr but thr s still some pain ad blood any ointment which can help me or something else , i read some where that if their is pain ad skin comes out and blood it is fissure and some suggest me smuth ointment it is good or not

Anovate ointment or Smuth ointment for local application three times a day
Put ointment before and after defecation and at bedtime liberaly

Tablet Cifran 1 tablet twice a day for 5 days

Take 3 bananas and milk daily
Avoid constipation by
