  4. Piles Pain. What should i do?

I have been suffering from piles since 10th std, I has it removed two years ago via surgery. But after two years it is starting to grow and it caused little pain in stool. I am applying Avonet two times a day. Pain has gone but I feel itching in my anus. I take digestion pill regularly with warm water before sleep. Stool is not hard. What should I do?

start sitz bath morning and evening. start high fiber diet.
