Avoid sitting for long hours try to walk as much as possible and lie in prone position. Avoid eating spicy meat food for some times. Eat healthy food like green leafy vegetables and fine rich foods Try to do sitz bath (sit on warm water in big bowl) Take pain killers dolo 650. If still not subsided consult surgery doctor.
