Hello, The common reason for fissure is constipation. It is among those who are involved in jobs that require sitting for long hours and people who do not indulge in any form of exercise and movement of the body are more vulnerable to it. We have Ayurvedic medicine treatment for your problem. No need for patients to get admitted and no operation or surgery required. You can contact me online or offline for any questions or medication. Surgery is not a good choice for Anal Fissure for the reason of recurrence of problem after surgery and other complications like stool incontinence etc. However this problem can be conveniently treated without surgery by Graded Kshar Karma. In this treatment a specialized medicine is applied in anal passage. This medicine debrides the fissure and induces healing. For complete healing of fissure usually 3-4 weekly Kshar Karma sittings are required. In the mean time you should start taking sitz bath 2-3 times a day followed by application of Sushruta ointment and lekhan powder in anal passage. Administer 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage in night. For easy evacuation of bowel; you should take 1 tea spoon of Sushruta Churna with warm water in night. To get these medicines; and for further support and appointment you may call reception at 011-27053 357
