I delivered a baby 25 days ago by c-section... from past 4 days I was having pain while passing stools...today I felt like swelling on that area and had bleeding...I m breastfeeding my baby...plz suggest me what medicine is best? I m having pain and itching at that area.

Eat more fibers
Drink sufficient water

According to me,you should take warm milk with Turmeric and ghee before sleep at night.Moreover take fibre rich diet like oats,moong Dal and liquids more.

Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. Anal fissure can be completely treated without surgery by ayurvedic treatment. You should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) followed by application of sushruta ointment and lekhan powder in anal passage 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of sushruta oil in anal passage in night.
