Piles severe pain after stools
Hi I am having severe pain during and after stools, this is been since a month and it is not reducing, pain is severe sometimes complete day can't sit and concentrate on my work, sometimes blood is seen, please suggest best and permanent cure medicines and also some home remedies please, pain is not tolerable
