Hello..my husband has piles..he is taking pilex tablets twice a day although he says it feels little better with that but its not gone completely seems..there is still a vein outside the anus ..therez no bleeding so far..just the pain when he sits or walk sometimes and also when he goes to washroom..please suggest me what to do should i go to a specialist if yes then tell me which 3 docs are best in hyderabad to consult ..does it need a surgery?
