Pilonidal cyst issues
I was told I have a pilonidal cyst a few days ago. I have been taking antibiotics for four days and have had no relief in pain. I noticed last night it seemed to be spreading and started to itch like crazy. Is all of this normal? What else can I do for the pain, it's almost unbearable.

You can consider getting the cyst incised and drained if it's bothering you too much.
