Pilonidal Sinus
Hello doctor, 8 years ago I had open cut pilonidal sinus surgery and from past 40 days I am have same symptoms of pilonidal sinus and this time it is in right paramedian location and the approximate lenth of the tract is 2.54 CM as per pelvis mri report. Please advise what to do and if their is any need of surgery then, what type of surgery should I go for...? Open cut or laser  ??? Thanks

Hi, Only definitive treatment of pilonidal sinus is surgery. The problem will remain until the procedure is done. I am afraid but there is no alternative permanent way.
