  4. Pilonidal Sinus. What needs to be done.

Pilonidal Sinus
Hi, 4 years back I had pilonidal sinus operation and before operation I was not able to play or do some stressful job because I use to get very bad lower back pain. After operation it reduced and was able to everything but after 1yr again I got that pain back and it's still there. Please suggest me what needs to be done.

Need to rule out spine related problem. Do you have any tingling sensation in you leg. Is the pain at the site of pilonidal sinus surgery or above.
