Pilonidal sinus
I had recurring pilonidal sinus. Gets recovered in 1 week. Faced it first time on Oct 2015, then Aug 2017 & then sept 2017. Now it is healed again after antibiotics I don't want any surgery as it doesn't guarantee permanent cure. Please suggest

It can be Cured only after surgery.Complete excision of the sinus followed by reconstruction with Limberg Flap will definitely prevent recurrence.
