Pilonidal sinus incision & drained
I have got my pilonidal sinus drained on 5/9/19 (7:45 p.m.) and got the second dressing on 8/9/19 for 2 more days, after that I can take bath. My query is, what precaution to be taken while having bath and how to clean the wound. Should i cover it while bath? Can I use band-aid until it dries-out? What is the cleaning method?

You can take a Sitz bath with 1-2 teaspoons of salt. That itself will cause some cleansing. Make sure you pat the wound dry with sterilized cloth and use an antibiotic cream twice a day. There is no need to always bandage the wound. It's better that it dries out naturally, and that is only possible when you keep the wound open, i.e. without any band-aid.
