Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Dust has nothing to do with pimples. Pimples happen due to oliyness of the skin. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment

First don't rub it, creams won't reduce scars. Go for laser or dermaroller with prp.

You are suffering from hyperpigmentation and scars following acne. Don't worry, laser treatment is available. Kindly consult a Dermatologist directly.
