Pimple on my face below my eyes
I have pimples below my eyes ... pic attached... these pimples are not puss bearing..no puss in them....they are always there...sometimes rarely they scratch ... what is the reason behind the pimples...what should I do to let them go...pls suggest...

Picture is not clear. If its there since long, it can be milia. Milia needs to be removed with cautery. Creams won't help much.
